- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut off the top of the garlic bulb and place it in a small oven dish. Drizzle with some organic extra virgin olive oil, making sure the garlic is submerged about 1-2 cm in the oil. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 35 minutes.
- Take a nice shallow bowl and pour about 1 cm of organic extra virgin olive oil into it. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves and spread them evenly over the dish.
- Spread a little olive tapenade on the dish using a teaspoon.
